VIII Vice President. This is a dream come true and I want to thank each member for your
support. I am here to serve the members of Region VIII, the BEST Region.

The Region VIII Leadership team is awesome. Your Council Directors are:

NV – Kim Shipman, AIC, AIS
UT – Tracy Marston, ARM

We want to hear from you; what your needs, concerns and ideas are. It takes the entire
team, working together, to bring about a successful year.

We want to work on attracting new members and retaining our existing members. If any
of your organizations has a program that has been working for you please share that with
your CDs.

Get involved with the other organizations in your area to get the word out about NAIW.
Go to their meetings, participate in their conferences and advertise in publications that
are available. There are many publications that will allow you to place an article free of
charge. Take advantage of this to spread the word about your associations and the
benefits of being a member of NAIW, International.

As the theme for our National President, E. Faye Evans says “You are an Essential
Piece”. Every member is a part of the giant puzzle of NAIW. It takes each one of us to
bring about a successful year. If one piece is missing the picture is not complete.
